All of our products are packaged and dispatched within 1 working day of your order. We offer both standard and express delivery services. All delivery estimates are stated on our eBay page.

Delivery options:

Standard 1st Class Delivery (Royal Mail) - Delivered within 2/3 working days

Express Delivery (UPS Courier) - Delivered the next working day if ordered before 2pm

Please note: Over weekends, public holidays and busy periods delivery may take longer than estimated.


What is our returns policy?

We hope that you will love all the products that you have bought from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note. When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.

How do I return an item?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

1) Contact Us so we can discuss any problems that you may have. Returns will not be accepted without a reason provided via messaging or email.

2) Re-pack the item in the original packaging and label with the return address provided. Remember to include your name, eBay ID and reason for returning.

3) Return the package by using the Tracked Service and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting.

We will send you confirmation when your item has been received. Refunds will then be processed and should reach your account within 7-10 working days.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

How much does it cost to return an item?

Unless the item you have received is faulty, all return postage costs must be covered by the buyer. Costs will vary depending on item location and weight. Please visit your local post office for an estimate of the return costs.

How do I return a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty item and would like a refund, please send us a message via our Contact Us page advising us of your order number, eBay ID, type of item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.

Please return the item to us following the same procedure as stated in 'How do I return an item?'

We‘ll examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
